The wine is dark ruby with purple highlights. The aromas are an inviting blend of ripe red cherries, sandalwood spice, and red plums, with a subtle caramel note towards the finish. The juicy mouthfeel is none-the-less elegant, with velvety tannins and a long-lasting, fruit driven finish.
Pairs well with wildfowl, pheasant or red meat dishes.
